Mission
To deliver comprehensive, dependable tax solutions with the utmost professionalism and integrity — protecting our clients' financial interests worldwide.
A fast-growing US taxation and advisory firm, built specifically around cross-border complexity for small businesses, individuals, and global professionals.
AlignMyTax operates from Colonia, New Jersey, with a delivery team in India. That structure isn't incidental — it's the same dual-jurisdiction perspective our clients need. Cross-border work goes wrong when one side of the border is treated as an afterthought.
We work with small businesses, individuals, and globally mobile professionals whose tax position spans more than one country: foreign entities, foreign accounts, foreign income, treaty questions, and the reporting obligations that follow all of them.
To deliver comprehensive, dependable tax solutions with the utmost professionalism and integrity — protecting our clients' financial interests worldwide.
To become the globally recognised, go-to partner for US cross-border tax preparation, compliance, and strategic advisory.
Hands-on and client-centric. Tailored, customised solutions rather than a template applied to a situation it doesn't fit.
Two principals, both practising. Your engagement is handled by the people whose names are on it.

Director & Co-founder · CPA
Based in New Jersey with 15+ years of experience in the US tax landscape. Acts as the strategic link between US domestic strategy and international tax planning, bringing highly tailored, solution-oriented advisory to clients.
Specialisations: US domestic tax including multi-state complexity, indirect taxes (occupancy, sales and use), audit risk mitigation.
Where we stop: estate and gift taxes, trusts, and transfer pricing sit outside our scope.
These are broad areas requiring a different set of expertise. Keeping them out is a deliberate choice that keeps our international compliance and structuring work focused — and it means we'll tell you early if your situation needs a specialist we aren't.
A short consultation is usually enough to tell you where you stand and what a clean path forward looks like.
